Short Resume: Professor of Accounting and Finance at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda since 1990. She teaches financial analysis, business finance, programming and evaluation of investment projects, auditing, financial accounting, Taxation, and Social Responsibility Management. MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal; PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Salamanca, Spain. Generally, it develops activities with Social Responsibility Research Network and Global Corporate Governance Institute and investigates in RS, CG, Accounting and Corporate Valuation. He has published in Corporate Governance, Revista Universo Contábil, Global Business and Economics Review, International Journal of Law and Management; International Journal of Accounting and Finance, International Journal of Accounting and Finance, Social Responsibility Review, International Journal of Accounting and Management, Journal of Modern Accounting and Auditing. In addition, he participates in a blind review process for: Management Decision, Spanish Accounting Journal, Social Responsibility Journal, International Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Performance Evaluation and Egitania Science. It regularly develops scientific activities related to the participation and organization of conferences and meetings around the world.
