The 11th International EIASM Public Conference will take place in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK on 8-10 September 2020 at Queen’s University Belfast, and will have the following keynote speakers:

• Geert Bouckaert (Public Governance Institute, KU Leuven, Belgium)
• Chris Carter (University of Edinburgh Business School, UK)
• Kieran Donnelly (Comptroller & Auditor General for N. Ireland, UK)

This conference provides a platform for the presentation and discussion of all aspects of the public and not for profit sectors (including state, regional and local government; government agencies; health care; universities  and hybrid organisations which span different parts of the public sector and private and public sectors). This conference has a particular interest in calculative practices and their significance in shaping policy, managing public entities and in holding public services publicly accountable.
