On March 14 and 15, 2019, the Order of Certified Accountants, CICF and CILEA (Latin American Integration Committee of Latin America and the Caribbean) will organize, in the auditorium António Domingues de Azevedo, Lisbon, the II International Congress of Public Accounting – Reform of Public Financial Management: challenges for research and practice.
Relevant dates
- January 18, 2018 – Deadline for submission of full papers or extended abstracts (minimum 2 pages)
- February 4, 2019 – Notification of acceptance
- February 20, 2019 – Registration deadline for the authors with accepted papers
- February 28, 2019 – Deadline for submission of final versions
The full text of the papers included in the Congress program will be published in digital format, with ISBN number included.
The best papers selected by the Scientific Committee will be proposed for evaluation and publication in a special edition of the Portuguese Journal of Accounting and Management or the Tékhne – Review of Applied Management Studies, dedicated to II IPSAC. Authors who do not wish to have their papers submitted to this evaluation should indicate this at the time of their registration.
The Scientific Committee will select and award the “Best II CICP Article” based on the evaluation of the double-blind refereeing process. The winner will be announced at the closing session and the prize will be given to the authors registered at the congress.
